Medical Documentation

Medication must be stored at the camp in a secured location. Please upload a form to authorize the administration of medications to your child.

In the event of an emergency, permission is granted for the administration of emergency first aid by The Sabre Camp staff or Wheaton College staff and, in the case of serious accident when the child’s parents’s parents are not available, permission is granted to arrange to take the child directly to an appropriate hospital.
